Anika Parashar
Founder & CEO, The Woman’s Company
Anika Parashar is a visionary entrepreneur, changemaker, and outspoken advocate for women’s health. With over two decades of experience in leadership roles across the corporate and healthcare sectors, she is the Founder & CEO of The Woman’s Company — a purpose-led brand that is redefining intimate wellness with sustainable, safe, and conscious solutions for women.
She also serves as the Chairperson of ORGAN India, a leading initiative driving awareness and action around organ donation across the country.
Anika’s work has earned national recognition — she is a Pride of India Award recipient, a TEDx speaker, and was named among India’s 50 Women of Pure Wonder for her contributions to innovation and social impact. She previously served as COO of Fortis La Femme, where she was instrumental in expanding the hospital network for women across India, and she also conceptualized and launched Mamma Mia – A Mom’s World, the country’s first holistic wellness platform for expecting and new mothers.
Anika’s journey with The Woman’s Company didn’t begin with a business plan — it began with a deeply personal mission: to break taboos, ask the questions no one else was asking, and build the solutions that women have long needed but were never truly offered. She saw the silence and stigma surrounding women’s health not as barriers, but as urgent calls for change.
With The Woman’s Company, Anika set out to do more than create thoughtful products — she envisioned a platform that informs, empowers, and supports women at every stage of life. Her work is rooted in a powerful belief: that women deserve not just better
